Major Richard Star, for whom the Major Richard Star Act was named, will be buried at Arlington National Cemetery on 13 Sep 2022. His widow, Tonya Star would like to extend an invitation to all those who have advocated for combat inured and the Star act across the MSO/VSO community. Please arrive at Arlington at 1000 for the 1100 ceremony.
